Work is currently underway to repair a road slip on Raymond Terrace, Northcote, caused by the 2023 storms. It is due to be completed in mid-April.

The project includes the construction of a 22 pole in-ground timber wall along the southern road boundary, drainage facilities and road pavement/footpath repairs. The area at the entrance to Kauri Glen Reserve will also be reinstated.

Working hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday.

During this time, the western half of the road and footpaths (the right side when coming down Lydia Ave) will be closed to non-residents. The entrance to Kauri Glen Reserve will also be closed.
